Instead of relying on traditional test scripts, the consultant utilized online screenshot guides created with WorkStreamer during the testing events. This streamlined approach allowed testers to complete their tasks efficiently, with fewer issues or questions.
The same guides were later repurposed by the client to support company-wide training and change management efforts as they prepared for the move to production, demonstrating the versatility and long-term value of WorkStreamer’s resources in both testing and organizational readiness.
